Teaching Computers Lesson Plan
I have been teaching 6 to 8th grade computers for 3 years now Bellow is a lesson plan on creating a Web site about alternative fuels using Microsoft Publisher. Create a Web Page using Microsoft Publisher. Your web page must include but is not limited to: Open Publisher ---- Under new publication click on “Websites and Email” ---Choose an “Easy Website Builder” Template and include the following.
o 5 pages (minimum) (2 for household use and 3 for vehicle use)
One page per Alternative fuel.
Each page must contain information that you collected for the word document on Alternative Fuels.
List 2 interesting facts about each fuel.
o Include one page about future jobs in the alternative fuel area. How important is it that we fill these jobs? How important is it that America views this as an opportunity for jobs. (research this)
o 3 pictures on each page.
o Font size needs to be between 12 and 18.
o 1 Gif on each page (NO MORE NO LESS)
o Hyperlinks to each resource page used.
Hyperlink needs to be keyword and not the URL Address.
o Links to each page in the right column (vertical) and on the bottom of the page (horizontal)
o 1 page of resource links with a brief explanation of what is on the page. Again links can not be URL Addresses.
o Create a page about yourself.
o Check your page by going to file

Creativity Working Website (all links work correctly)
Spelling, Grammar, font size
Complete Website
